Rules

 

1. In connection with appearance and professionalism, the association makes it compulsory for members of the association to wear the official club outfit during all official events that are organized in both the Netherlands and abroad, unless the association offers a outfit with regard to European Championships or World Cups.

2. During training evenings organized by the association, members have the choice to replace the official club outfit with the international or training outfit, unless the board is asked to explicitly wear the official club outfit.

3. For two-day - international or otherwise - events and events where several rounds are played in one day, the international kit can be purchased, which will be worn on / during the last day / round of the relevant event. If no international kit has been purchased by the member, the member is obliged to play both days / rounds in the official club kit.

4. For three-day events - whether international or not - the training kit can be purchased, which will be worn on the first day of the relevant event. This outfit will also be worn during the training days of one or more day events. If no training outfit has been purchased by the member, the member is obliged to play in the official club outfit every day.

5. On training evenings not organized by the association and during unofficial tournaments, members are free in their choice of clothing, as long as the etiquettes are respected. The association would of course appreciate it if the member chooses to be a calling card for the association at these times by playing in one of the three established uniforms.

6. The association tries at all times to optimize the image of its members, which - without imposing additional costs on the member - can result in changes or additions to the existing package. Any change or addition will be communicated to the members in advance.

7. All uniforms are provided with printing by the association as described in the dress code document.

8. Sponsorship statements on the clothing package determined by the association are described in the sponsor policy document.

9. If the above paragraphs are not complied with, the board has the option to decide to apply a (financial) fine. It is also possible to fall back on Article 6.7 of the articles of association.

 

 

 

PRINTING

 

1. Standard printing provided by the association includes association logo and initials of the member on the left chest, association logo on the top back and possible sponsorship in the designated areas on the clothing, see sponsorship policy.

 

2. The costs for printing on the official club outfit supplied by the association are included in the membership. Each polo, jacket and raincoat ordered by members at their own expense must be provided with the specified print, see 1.

The costs are:
- Chest logo (including initials)
- Back logo

 

3. The costs for printing other than those mentioned above are for the member concerned.

 

4. It is not allowed to print the logo of the association on clothing other than those determined by the association, unless approved by the board.

 

5. All printing will be made by NumberNineDesign and printed by Promo4You. In this way an attempt is made to provide a consistent appearance.

 

SPONSORSHIP

6. Space on polo, jacket and pants is reserved for personal sponsors.
